Description
Introduction to Hospitality is an introduction to entry-level kitchen operations within the Hospitality Industry. The program will provide learners with hands on experience within a commercial kitchen and will assist with the development of a range of practical skills. The aim of the program is to give learners some experience within industry and to provide a pathway into accredited training or employment. This program is delivered by a fully qualified Trainer / Chef from the Vive Café, a commercial kitchen in Croydon.
