This employment skills program is specifically designed to provide an introduction to the role of Support Coordination as part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This program will provide an introduction to the role of Support Coordination and how that links to the NDIS and a customer’s Plan.

The Course is delivered over 5 days inclusive of an Industry Day with leading NDIS Registered Support Coordination Provider, OnSide

Topics Include:

  • An overview of the NDIS Scheme
  • Reasonable and Necessary Supports and NDIS Plans
  • Support Coordination including aspects of Case Management implementation and including case noting
  • Following the journey of an NDIS participant and the use of industry standard management system.

Students will complete ‘job ready’ online modules such as:

  • Mandatory training from the NDIS Safe Guards Commission
  • NDIS Worker Screen
